Indoor Pool was nice for the kids
No free Wi-Fi No ocean front for us
I liked the location and it was convenient to all the places I like to visit. Security Guard was friendly and took his time giving us instructions for hot tubs, location of pools, and the beach.
My confirmation and a telephone call to confirm my reservation never was I told you had to check in across the street from the club. We arrived at 7:15pm and wasted an hour trying to find someone at the club, in the parking lot, or by phone to find out where to check in. These was no sign to tell you to go across the street either. The room was nice but had a smell...we had to go out and buy air freshner to eliminate the order.
The Outer Banks Beach Club has remolded their units , and everything looked NEW , very nice kitchen, Bathrooms were great, all new carpet , and they have flat screen TV in the living room. We had a 2 bedroom on the first floor which had 2 sets of steps which was OK but if you got the third floor you would have a lot of steps, The Beach is the Best , Check in was a little problem , because booking never sent our reservation to the resort , and we got the last room. front desk staff leave at 5PM , we arrived at 4:45 , and the staff was able to get us in , had we arrive after 5PM the security guard would not have a late check in envolpe for us . we were not happy with booking . com!!!
